Upon arrival, our room was not ready at check-in, which was infuriating. Communication from the staff regarding the delay was non-existent, and when we finally got into the room, it was dirty. The promised birthday package was a letdown, missing the cake entirely, and the service left a lot to be desired.

The hotel has a convenient location, just a short walk to the train station and nearby cafes. I appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms that offered excellent water pressure in the shower. The 24/7 reception was a nice touch, as it provided peace of mind for late-night check-ins. the bicycle rental options were quite expensive, and the lack of public transport nearby made getting around a bit challenging. While the breakfast buffet featured a delightful selection of fruits and hot options, I felt it could have been included in the overall stay. Although the staff was friendly, there were moments of delayed communication, especially when it came to requests for room amenities. These minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall comfort of my stay.

this place is super lovely! staff were really helpful n friendly, they helped me with my phone charging. breakfast had lots of good options too, fresh and tasty! my twin room was big n comfy, got cleaned every day. also, its close to public transport, made it easy to get to my seminar!
the pillows were kinda lumpy n the shower head fell off once, that was annoying.
